Shallan sketched the tree, but she was unsure of the species. She thought it might have been a variety of dendrolith based on its bark, but it had long, thin fronds that were more similar to those of a [[dalewillow]]. She also mentioned that the fronds could retract, like other plants on Roshar such as [[frillbloom]].
