'''Artmyrn''' was a merchant from [[Kharbranth]] on [[Roshar]].
He owned and operated a book shop with his wife, and sold a number of books to [[Shallan]] when she was making another attempt to impress [[Jasnah Kholin]]. A friend of Shallan's, [[Yalb]], created a ruse to force him to lower his prices by claiming [[Barmest]], a rival merchant, had offered her a much lower price. The ruse worked, with Artmyrn cursing Barmest as he sold the books to Shallan for a reduced price.
