[[Hoid]] uses one to tell [[Kaladin]] the story of [[Derethil]] and the [[Wandersail]].{{ref|b|sa1|c|57}} He then gives the flute to Kaladin, who then leaves it in the [[Bridge Four]] barracks in [[Sadeas]] warcamp]], before it being presumably looted/destroyed during the [[Everstorm]].{{ref|b|sa2|c|55}}
