The Elsecallers were [[Surgebinder]]s who used the two [[Surge]]s of Transformation and Transportation{{ref|17s|4323}}, and they absorbed [[Stormlight]] from gems. So far it is known that the Elsecallers had the power to Soulcast. It is very likely that they also used a [[Nahel bond]].
