'''O'Brien''' is a soldier and tech operative who is on [[Hershel]]'s Special Forces team when [[Calamity]] granted powers to all the [[Epic]]s. O’Brien was present when [[Steelheart (Epic)|Steelheart]] gained his powers during a raid on a Russian satellite facility. O’Brien lost an arm when one of Steelheart’s energy blasts clipped him on the shoulder., Despiteand losingdespite theonly having one arm, O’Brien still managed to fire his rifle at Steelheart later.
