During his time as Lord Admiral, Delius had his son buy up a large fleet of ships in his own name, since he was not allowed to own property. He had his son carry around with him documents, that when signed, would transfer ownership of the fleet from his son to himself.{{book ref|ws3|3}}
He travels with Delius, Kenton, Khriss, and the rest of their group to [[Lraezare]] to visit the Shipowners' Circle. When [[Lokkall]] and the Shipowners' Circle vote Delius out of his position he gives Delius the documents, which Delius signs transferring ownership of a large fleet of ships, twelve of which were in Lraezare at that time, from his son to himself. Delius then asks his son to order their fleet to blockade the port of Kezare for the next month and he says that he will.▼
