True Desolation

The True Desolation, the Everstorm, or the Night of Sorrows may have been a major cataclysm on Roshar.

Both Kaladin and Dalinar Kholin received visions prior to the True Desolation, warning of its coming.

One of the Heralds, Talenel, appeared and claimed that he had failed to uphold the Oathpact. He then fell to the ground, apparently dead.
