Stub to Complete Ratio is misleading.
Stub to Complete Ratio is 1.164. That 0.917 is Stub to Complete + Nearing Completion.
I think it should be 1.164 or 0.711 which is Stub to Complete + Nearing Completion + Partially Complete. -- Boosive
