;Plot Summary
They discuss how Unity made Rinakin speak on the broadcast, Alanik and Inin insisting that he was being forced to or threatened. Skyward Flgiht then discusses their nature as defectors, and the members of Skyward Flight introduce themselves to Alanik. Alanik, in turn, introduces several of her fellow UrDail to the humans. They discuss what will happen to them when they return to Detritus, realizing that all or most of them will likely be court-martialed. They deliberate on how to rescue Rinakin, and FM asks if the cytonic inhibitor is still on board the Unity transport. They find a taynix box onboard, though Jorgen can’t sense anything from it. Inside, they find a blue and green taynix, which seems to have the ability to inhibit cytonics. They set out to explore the platform to try and find out how to interface the new taynix with the entire platform. Arturo approaches Alanik, asking if they can trust her. She tells him that they can, and he leaves.
