To use this template, type {{tlxt|bref|book_shorthandbook shorthand|type_of_parttype of part|number_of_partnumber of part}} where the three arguments are passed to the following templates:
* {{t|b|book shorthand}}
* <tt>book_shorthand</tt> is the same as {{T|B}}
* {{t|c|type of part|number of part}}.
* <tt>type_of_part</tt> and <tt>number_of_part</tt> are inputs to {{T|C}}.
 
For example, type {{tlxt|bref|wok|i|1}} to get {{bref|wok|i|1}}.
