Shai carries two soulstamps that are designed to work on any object for a limited time. One creates a doorway, and the other repairs broken objects.{{book ref|mb7|42}}
This is still limited by the feasibility of a Forgery, to a degree. If a Forgery with a Universal Stamp is completely infeasible, the stamp would not properly take.{{cite}}
