He is currently married to Brightness [[Navani Kholin]], Gavilar's widow. He has two sons, [[Adolin Kholin|Adolin]] and [[Renarin Kholin|Renarin]] from [[Evi]], his first wife. Before he renounced the title, letting Adolin take over in his place, Dalinar was the [[highprince]] of the [[Kholin princedom]].
