The Windrunners is the name an Order of Knights Radiant. They are Surgebinders, and use the two Surges of Graviation and Atmospheric Pressure. The result is a power set that use Lashings. These powers are gained, presumably, by bonding with an honorspren. Kaladin is in the process of becoming a Windrunner; also Szeth has the powers of a Windrunner, but is not a Windrunner himself.
