These words were only spoken once, and only by Kaladin, during the battle[[Battle onof the [the shattered plainsTower]] after Sadeas's betrayal. [[Syl]] prods Kaladin almost desperately begging him to say them, and Kaladin thought, "[He] was amazed to realized he did know [them], even though they had never been told to him." What caused his spontaneous knowledge of the words is not clear. It is likely Syl somehow manifest them in his mind, because also during the same scene, the book mentions that Syl had spoken directly into his thoughts.
