== Development ==
The [https://www.reddit.com/r/Stormlight_Archive/comments/x7h8vo/stormlight_five_update_one/ first progress update] was published on Reddit on September 6th, 2022, when the first draft was about 15% complete. The [https://www.reddit.com/r/Stormlight_Archive/comments/11qnpnm/stormlight_five_update_2/ second progress update] was published on Reddit on March 13th, 2023, when the first draft was roughly 33% complete. The first draft was finished sometime between December 21 and 26, 2023 and the second and third drafts have been completed.
