The pair sent [[Lyn]] to retrieve [[Dalinar]], who arrived and Leyten led him to where they found [[Oathbringer]]. They surmised the killer must have dropped it out the window after murdering [[Sadeas]]. Leyten, along with the four other bridgemen, accompanied Dalinar as he walked back into the tower to return the blade to [[Ialai Sadeas]]. After a heated discussion with [[Amaram]], Dalinar asked Leyten and the others to leave him.
