Wayne is a Twinborn and friend of Waxillium Ladrian. He lived in the Roughs and worked with Wax to keep law and order. Now he's in Elendel investigating the Vanishers and attempting to make Wax a lawman again.
His Allomantic ability is pushing time in a bubble around him (Slider) and his Feruchemical ability is bloodmaking (storing health in Gold metalminds).
