Trelagism was a religion in Scadrial before the ascension of the Lord Ruler and the establishment of the Final Empire.

Trelagism was named after the god Trell, who was worshiped by a people known as the Nelazan. The Nelazan lived far to the north on Scadrial, but just south of its equivalent of the Arctic Circle. Consequently, their winters had few hours of daylight and their summers had few hours of darkness. They were a determined people and mapped out the entire night sky.

Trelagism taught that daylight was profane, caused by the single eye (the sun) of Trell's jealous brother, Nalt. In contrast, the stars of the night sky were considered the Thousand Eyes of Trell.

Trelagism was the fifth religion that Sazed offered to Vin.[1]
