Roger is a Librarian soldier who was with Biblioden when he sacrificed Attica Smedry to make a bloodforged Lens in the Highbrary. Biblioden ordered him to knock down the stairs leading to the altar after Bastille awoke and started making her way to rescue Alcatraz and his father.[1]
