It's from the Final Empire map, and that part is not an error: https://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/59143-new-final-empire-map-errors/ It's tricky because there are no proper digital versions of this art, hence the cite tag. Maybe someday we will get it. I suppose I could do a 17s ref at some point, but I'm just annoyed there's not a better digital addition than pictures I personally took
