Template:CharacterInfobox Aradan Yomen is the King of the Western Dominance on Scadrial.
Yomen was originally an obligator of the Canton of Resource, who quickly rose to become a Prelan of the Western Dominances, but was hindered from progressing further because he was not in Luthadel.
He is the first known Atium misting, and this prompts the discovery that the mistfallen are Allomancers, snapped by the mist.
