Worldbringers are [[Feruchemist]]s who mainly used their Feruchemical abilities creating copperminds to become philosophers and scholars of religion. Some studied other subjects, including [[Kwaan]], who studied nature.{{epigraph ref|mb2|32}} Kwaan originally proclaimed that [[Alendi]] was the [[Hero of Ages]].{{epigraph ref|mb2|13}} After the Worldbringers were wiped out by the actions of the [[Lord Ruler]] during his [[Ascension of the Lord Ruler|Ascension]], the Order of the [[Keeper|Keepers]] in the [[Final Empire]] was inspired by their memory, dedicated to preserving pre-Ascension knowledge of religion and other studies.{{book ref|mb2|4}}
