=Planetary Specialist Boards=
Those Theorists with an Exceptional Amount of Theories of quality for a particular board or planet will be recognized as Specialists of the highest order. Boards that the Theories have not been update for will be stricken off and are considered incomplete.

where the user weighting is Gold = 10, Silver = 6, and Bronze = 2. The minimum score necessary to enter the board is six (to avoid single post theorists on lower tally boards).
This formula calculates the relative knowledge of theorycrafting of the individual compared to his peers on the board, and increases the number correspondingly with board activity to accommodate higher numbers of experts for more populous boards.
