An Unmade may be captured in a [[polestone]] like other spren, but to do so seems to require both someone who deeply understands them{{book ref|sa3|30}}{{book ref|sa3|120}} and a perfect gemstone.{{book ref|sa3|121}} Unmade do not fade during captivity{{epigraph ref|sa4|96}}, unlike Heralds.{{epigraph ref|sa4|92}}

After the [[Alethi]] arrived at [[Urithiru]], she once again encountered a Lightweaver, [[Shallan Davar]].
