==History==
During the [[True Desolation]], Talnah was a member of Navani's team of [[artifabrian]]s and scholars in [[Urithiru]]. In {{Rosharan date|1175}}, she and Nem were tasked by [[Navani]] with studying the [[black sphere]] that [[Gavilar]] had given to [[Szeth]].{{book ref|sa4|16}} At the time, [[anti-Voidlight]] was not well-understood; as Talnah and Mem experimented with the sphere, they inadvertently caused an explosion that destroyed their lab, killing them both. Navani knew that she could not have reasonably expected a sphere to explode, but she still blamed herself for their deaths.
