Szeth is a [[Surgebinder]] who has [[Windrunner]] powers. He is not bound to an honorspren like the other known Windrunner, [[Kaladin]] .{{qa ref|949|12|Is Szeth bound to a spren?|date=2013-02-16}}. Szeth seems to possess a relatively informed knowledge of the Windrunner order of the [[Knights Radiant]], knowing the name of the order as well as their name for the powers they possessed: the three [[Lashing]]s.
