Szeth was bonded to an Honorblade which granted him the [[Surgebinder]] powers of a [[Windrunner]]. He was not bound to an honorspren like the other known Windrunner, [[Kaladin]].{{wob ref|4685}} Szeth possessed relatively expert knowledge of the Windrunner order of the [[Knights Radiant]], knowing the name of the order as well as the name for the powers they possessed: the three [[Lashing]]s. Since unbonding Jezrien's Honorblade, he has since become a Skybreaker of the Fourth Ideal.
