'''Szeth-son-son-Vallano''', [[Truthless]] of [[Shinovar]], was a Shin from [[Roshar]]. He was short and bald like most Shin and his eyes were normally dark green, but changed to pale sapphire blue when he summoned his [[Shardblade]]. He was 29 years old when he murdered King [[Gavilar]].

He was named [[Truthless]] 7seven years before hid Oathsone became property of [[Taravangian]] and was traded to the Thaylen merchant Vistin shortly afterwards. At some later point was owned by the [[Parshendi]].

He wore white on the day he killed King Gavilar, this lead to him being known as the Assassin in white. Szeth carried an OathstonOathstone which indicated his ownership, whoever owned his Oathstone owned Szeth. He was obliged by his honor to do whatever he was commanded by the one who held it with two exceptions, he was forbidden to allow himself to be killed and he was forbidden to give up his Shardblade.

He possessed a [[Shardblade]] and was a [[Surgebinder]] who had [[Windrunner]] powers. Whether he was bound to an honorspren like the other known Windrunner, [[Kaladin]], is unknown. Szeth seemed to possess a relatively large knowledge of the Windrunner order of the [[Knights Radiant]] knowing the name of the order as well as their name for their powers the three [[Lashing]]s.
