An ardent, Elista, in a monestary near the Horneater Peaks tries to find a place of quiet. She is fraustrated that everyone is arguing about the Everstorm. She goes off into the forest and begins to read her novel. Another ardent, Urv interupts her and they talk about the Dawnchant. The first ardentElista is superior at translating it. The second ardentUrv offers to rent the sequel of the book the first ardentElista was reading if she helps him with a particularly difficult passage of the Dawnchant.
