WoB contradicts the previous statement that Spren never appear in Shinovar. The WoB implies they do appear in Shinovar, given that other people in world think spren don't appear in Shinovar I changed the sentence to says Spren rarely appear.

The causal link between spren and their namesake is not fully understood on Roshar. Some spren, such as rotspren, are said to cause their namesake, whereas others, such as windspren, are merely attracted to it.{{book ref|sa1|57}}
