The '''Scribbler''' is the nickname given to the [[Forgotten]] which possessed [[Harding]].{{book ref|Rithmatist|16}}
During the Forgotten's control of [[Harding]], it attacked and consumed at least 4 students and a number of graduates from [[Tower of Nebrask]].This included [[Lilly Whiting]], [[Herman Libel]], [[Charles Calloway]] and [[William Muns]].
The people it consumed is turned into [[Chalkling#Wild Chalklings|wild chalklings]], and are controlled by it. This type of chalking can reform after being dissolved by acid.
The people it consumed are released after it was defeated by [[Fitch]], [[Melody]] and [[Joel]].
