In the [[Cognitive Realm]] of [[Scadrial]], Riina was a withered husk{{book ref|tress|60}}.
On [[Lumar]], Riina appears to be in her fifties (when she gained the ability to stop aging, presumably through awakening){{disputed}} who is short and plump. Like most Elantrians, she dislikes makeup as she thinks it takes away from the effect of her glowing skin.{{book ref|tress|60}}
