The Lord Ruler is a character from the Mistborn trilogy. In Mistborn:The Final Empire, he rules over the thousand year old empire; The Final Empire. He is viewed as a tyrant by the class of people whom make up the slums of the capitol city of The Final Empire-Luthadel-the Skaa.
