The Lord Ruler is a character from the [[Mistborn]] trilogy. In [[Mistborn:The Final Empire]], he rules over the thousand year old empire; [[The Final Empire]]. He is viewed as a tyrant by the class of people whom make up the slums of the capitol city of [[The Final Empire]]-[[Luthadel]]-the [[Skaa]]. He is also believed to be immortal.
