Brandon has indicated that he has finished Dalinar's flashback chapters. There are 15 flashback chapters in total, with a sum word count of around 55,000 words.{{tweet ref|621618209788047360|text=The Flashbacks are done!|date=July 16th, 2015}} On his site, the progress bars are set to 1219%(8/13/15). We can presume, then, that Brandon is planning for the final wordcount to be around 460,000 words, longer than both the Way of Kings and Words of Radiance.
