In Part Two of Oathbringer the epigraphs are three letters. The first and second one is directed to somebody refered to as Cephandrius. The secondthird one is addressed to "Friend." The second letter is theorized to be written by Bavadin(Autonomy) and the third letter is most likely written by Sazed(Harmony).
