The author of the first Oathbringer letter seems to be a shard, as he/she often refers to Cephandrius as someone who gave up his chance at divinity. He talks about the other shards as if he is one of them. The third Oathbringer letter seems to be Sazed. It seemed that he became a shard relatively recently and he also said, "I think," something the Terris say often.
