It is thought that of the thirty types of magic practised on [[Roshar]], ten of them (corresponding to the Knights Radiant) stem from Honor.
An uninformed pondering on one of the Coppermind members is that Honorspren, especially Syl, might have a great deal to do with the Shard of Honor. Further pondering led to his suspecting that Syl may be one of Honor's splinterholders, making the connection between Kaladin and herself possible, giving him the opportunity to become a Knights Radiant
