Ghenna wears a [[shiqua]] that covers her entire body, including her face.{{book ref|Edgedancer|14}} She also wears glasses.{{book ref|Edgedancer|13}} She is described as being very overweight.{{book ref|Edgedancer|13}} She is pretty, and younger than Lift initially assumed.{{book ref|Edgedancer|14}} She is a fairly serious person and seems to take her job seriously as well; she only suffers Lift's flippant attitude due to the orders of the [[Prime Aqasix]].{{book ref|Edgedancer|14}}{{book ref|Edgedancer|20}} Lift liked to insult Ghenna, but seemed to be fond of her, at one point giving her an extended hug.{{book ref|Edgedancer|15}}
