'''Galladon''' was a farmer from Duladel who was taken by the [[Shaod]] after [[Elantris]] fell to the [[Reod]]. A pragmatic, often pessimistic man, Galladon was instrumental in [[Raoden]]'s efforts to establish order in New Elantris. His father was also a farmer who became an Elantrian, and Galladon spent a good portion of his childhood living in Elantris. Galladon also played a large part in the battle for Teod, organizing and leading the Elantrians who came to Teod's rescue.
