He is thin, with black hair he wears slicked back, and a soft Spanish accent. He is a megalomaniac who lives in Stephen's attic, and believes he's the emperor of Mexico. He refers to himself in the third person as "His Majesty". In the past, he has asked [[Ivy]] to marry him and become queen of Mexico and asked Stephen to get his throne back.
