::That's simply ''not'' the same thing as confirming a Shard named Justice. If I recall correctly, what Brandon did was state that the name Threnody is in some way related to the death of a Shard. Knowing Brandon, it easily could be true on a technicality. Nowhere did he say that that Shard is on Threnody, from Threnody, or that it is called Justice. Aside from Silence's mention that Justice died on Homeland? There were hints that Homeland was a different Shardworld, but the existence of the Simple Rules, and the Shades' role as their enforcers, does imply a relation to Justice.
