Though 17th Shard is sort of Brandon's forums, Brandon and his team at Dragonsteel have no involvement in any way in 17th Shard, Coppermind, or Arcanum operations. Brandon's site is separate and we have no involvement on the operations or newsletter on Brandon's site. We cannot assist you there. I am one of the forum IT guys but I have no useful details; I know other people on the forum have had some issues signing up for the newsletter. I personally have as well.
