Though [[Surgebinding]] predates [[Nohadon]], the ancient [[Knights Radiant]] were heavily influenced by ''The Way of Kings''. After having it read to them several times, they become more and more honorable, which is a large contrast to typical modern [[Alethi]] behavior.
