[[Lightsong]], [[Llarimar]], and his family were traveling on the ''Red Panther'' wherewhen, during a storm, Llarimar's daughter [[Tatara]] was swept over-boardoverboard. Lightsong dove in after her and tied a rope around her leg, so that she could be pulled up. However, he was dragged further underwater and since he was, unable to get back to the surface, drowned.
