== History ==
Edmund Sense was kidnapped soon after transforming. His first owner hoped he would be able to gift his abilities to him, but Edmund was unable to do so. Eventually, he found himself in the hands of Steelheart, who had no interest in possessing energy recharge abilities himself, but needed a power source both for his city and for [[Enforcement]].
== Abilities ==
;Energy Charging: Edmund can power any electrical device, or recharge any depleted battery or power source. Batteries and power cells charged by Edmund or one of his giftees hold many times more power than their normal counterparts, a portable power cell being sufficient to power a small city.
