'''Lopen's mother''' is a Herdazian woman. Her name is not currently known. At some point during the [[War of Reckoning]] she and her family moved to Little Herdaz, a section of Highprince [[Sebarial]]'s warcamp on the [[Shattered Plains]].{{book ref\|sa2\|87}} They now live in [[Urithiru]] along with many of the inhabitants of the former warcamps.{{book ref\|sa2\|89}} She speaks [[Alethi]] with a thick accent, and ~~could~~can be extremely forceful in personality. When a wounded King [[Elhokar]] was recovering in Little Herdaz, Lopen's mother forced the king to eat despite his objections. She said he looked so pale, and she did not want Elhokar found when he was not properly fed.{{book ref\|sa2\|87}} Lopen's mother appears to have some influence among her relatives.
