The obligators were organized into [[canton]]s that took care of the different needs of the [[Final Empire]] such as the [[Canton of Resource]]. |

The obligators would have be called in to witness or aprove of anything significant going on in the [[Final Empire]]. They were needed every time a deal was made between nobles and were often called to witness more mundane things. |
