Talk:Melhi

Hey folks, so I've been preparing to write the Melhi article, thinking it would warm me up for the Sophie article, until I realized that Sophie redirects to Melhi. I want to advocate the separation of the two articles, because the detailed history which we learn of Sophie is not necessarily Melhi's history. It could have been entirely fabricated, and I haven't seen a WoB state that the histories are the same. I've just submitted a question the the AMA (which he's still bothering with), so hopefully he can give us confirmation on this. --Blaze1616 (talk) 07:33, 7 August 2015 (MDT)

I am in favor of them being separated. Even if Sophie's "backstory" is based on Melhi's I would say that she counts as a distinct "Machineborn" entity as I did not get the impression that Melhi was personally directing all of her actions (she just set up Sophie's programming and sent her off).
