Rayse seeks to become the most powerful being in the cosmere, which he plans to achieve by Shattering the other Shards. In pursuit of this goal, he has [[Shattered]] [[Devotion]], [[Dominion]], and [[Honor]]. [[Harmony]], who holds more raw power than Odium, terrifies Rayse.
